Digital Product Delivery
Upon successful purchase, customers will receive access to their digital product(s) through electronic delivery.
Customers are responsible for downloading and saving purchased files to their own device, cloud storage, or other secure location.
Digital products must be downloaded within thirty (30) days of purchase. After the 30-day download period has expired, access to the file may no longer be available. Radiant Victory, LLC is not responsible for maintaining indefinite access to purchased digital files.
For purchases made using scholarship, ESA, reimbursement, or other educational funding sources, any refund requests, disputes, reversals, or other funding-related matters may be subject to the policies, procedures, and requirements of the applicable funding program or marketplace administrator.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, which are delivered electronically and cannot be returned once accessed, downloaded, copied, or saved, all sales are final.
